May. 4th, 2005 07:10 pmrawr... I want to be somewhere that when the person asking for help asks a question... they'll at least believe the answer. Failing that... it'd be nice if the 'customer' thought for even a moment before doing something IDIOTIC! *shrugs* Obviously I've had some special experiences today.
I just had a woman bring me her Palm PDA and tell me that it was 'frozen'. I asked if she had tried contacting Palm for customer support. Her response was, 'at this hour? Don't you know anything here?'
*blinks*
No, we aren't supposed to be tech support. That's why the companies give you a PHONE NUMBER! But no, I don't know PDA's. Ahhh well.
I hope the world is in a better mood tomorrow. It seems like the whole place is just a bit out of whack.
