*grins* I got to meet Wolfyre tonight. He's a really sweet guy that lives about 20 miles from here. On a whim I asked if he wanted to meet me at a diner. Josh joined me at the last possible second.

When we got there it was about 11.40 and I was, as usual, about ten minutes late. There was construction! I swear! ^_^

Anyway.. Wolfyre was dressed all in black with what I could only describe as a 'bondage shirt'. It had all sorts of loops, straps and chains on it. He also had on a pair of extreme bell bottom pants.

Anyhow, Josh was a little quiet at first but soon loosened up. Wolfyre was incredibly outgoing and friendly. He says that owed more to the late hour rather than his natural habit. We had a great time though and it was fun to meet another fur. We're hoping to get together for lunch this week and hopefully he'll be able to hang out with us when we go out with Aaron later.

Speaking of Aaron, he seems to have a boyfriend. This guy I just met tonight named Rob. Reminded me a bit of Mark, mostly on mannerisms. Seemed nice enough though. ^_^  Go Aaron!

I'm gonna post this and head to bed.

*hugs everyone*

*huge grin* About fifteen minutes after I got up Aaron and Rob emerged from their lair. Rob seems to be a nice guy. But in voice and mannerisms he reminds us of little Mark. Yeah... Aaron likes his guys a bit on the feminine side.

I made chocolate chip pancakes for a special breakfast and I even put a candle in and sang him Happy Birthday, before telling him he couldn't wish for me to disappear.

Josh got going pretty well this morning and I just got back from dropping him off at work.

*ponders*

Weird stuff going on at work yesterday. It seems like the chance for me to be a 'team leader' is going forward. I'm to start in the computers department today. My boss wants me to push hard to get the highest sales possible this week so that they have the numbers to show the DM that I'm capable of the job. LMAO I keep waiting for folks to realize that seldom is a good salesman a good manager. They are different skill sets.

Hmmm.... anyhow. All things considerded, things could be worse.

*some time later*

Watching 'Judging Amy' at the moment. The social worker character, Maxine, had a good point. We get absorbed in trivialities. As a species... as a culture. We forget that we are capable of some of the vilest things imaginable.

*sighs* It just makes me sad. Gods help us all to not hurt one another.

Yeah... exactly that. Taking a break while I can. Work is very weird tonight.

Looks like it'll be Chart House in Dobbs Ferry for dinner tomorrow night. Aaron, Rob, Kim, Josh, Dan (maybe?) and I for a middle evening dinner. It's sort of funny watching Aaron and Rob together. Aaron seems quite happy.

I got to see my friend Dave from Albany last night. He stopped in and chatted for about a half an hour. Hadn't seen him since March. He's decently happy.

I paid bills today. Pretty well caught up with things though the oil company needs a few hundred more from me. *growls* Damn high oil prices! Aaron managed to mow over our DirecTV cable and had to mend it this afternoon. Silly boy!

Well, time to go back to the sales floor. I look forward to talking to Wolfyre again tonight.

*hugs everyone*
