Been a long day for me. Ups and downs galore. I slept a good part of the afternoon after taking moms pill. It did help but I'm afraid of getting hooked on them.

I had another good night chatting to Davey and talking on the phone. It amazes me that we still have so many things to talk about.

I've been talking seriously with Josh the past couple days about where he wants to live. I'm hoping and I know Davey is too, that he'll move back to NY to be here. That would be such an awesome thing. I never wanted him to leave in the first place, but I know he felt he had to.

*sighs* I need to fall asleep. I ams o wasted on these pills. I feel really groggy.

Well, well, well.... Guess who came a callin' today? Mark! Yep, that's right. Out of the blue. o.O I'll say this, it was an experience. Anyway, he brought back my IPAQ, which I'm happy to have again. He thinks it may have fallen into his bag the night before he left.

It was a pretty emotional thing opening the door and having him here again. I hope I left things with him in no uncertain terms. I will eventually be willing to be a friend to him again. Once the pain fades a bit. But I will never let him back into my life the way he was before. I won't make that mistake again.

Well, I wish him the best of luck.

Kitties!

Uh huh.... I have the talent of finding unique pets. ^_^ Right now Pumpkin is trying to cheer me up with some decidedly feline antics. She likes to have her ears played with and then she'll head butt me. It usually tickles. Eventually she'll stretch out alongside me and just purrrrrrrrrr. So cute!

Cuteness has a place in life. It brings a smile to the heart. Her and Grace get up to such mischief sometimes. They both have a weird fascination with running water. They sleep in the sink, try to turn on faucets and will even watch a guy pee. All for the sound of the running water. LOL

Usually when I get up in the morning both kitties will come running to make sure they don't miss anything too important. Kim has told me that Grace will always try to follow her into the shower in the morning. When she's thwarted, she sits outside the glass door and chases the water droplets sliding down the glass.

I was hoping that Davey would be on-line when I got home this afternoon but he called to let me know he was going to be at a friends until late. I didn't answer his call because I didn't recognize the caller ID. *sighs* I could use a friendly voice about now.

Tomorrow promises to be quite busy. In the morning I'll get an oil change. At noon Aaron and I will see Dan for lunch. And in the afternoon I will take mom to see a podiatrist about her foot. I suppose that I'll need to make sure that she can get out to the car safely. Chop away the ice and such.

Well....perhaps more later when my kittie doesn't have me pinned down

*hugs everyone*
