Quickies at work....
Feb. 15th, 2005 02:45 pmThe car went to the repair shop today and now it's a matter of waiting I guess. *shrugs* This has been soooo much fun. Work is still screwing me around and I find it to be frustrating. The new schedule is out and I'm on for just 30 hours, even though I'm 'full time'. I plan to have a chat with the store supervisor tomorrow or Thursday about this.
I'm continuing to hunt for jobs, there are a lot of places here, it's just a matter of getting to them all. I've begun submitting through on-line sites. Mostly from home, but I don't expect much back right away. I'm hoping to hear back from Rentway early next week as their yearly managers conference is this week.
The house is shaping up and last night we got the dining room table set up and in place, Most of the 'critical' boxes have been unpacked, now it's just the 'stuff'. I don't know precisely how much we will ever uncrate though. I really want to get us into a house before I undo everything.
Well.... back to work.
