Feb. 3rd, 2005 02:46 am *BLAH* Lost a whole entry to a dumb power off.
*synopsis* Chuck needed the rental truck to get stuff to his apartment, then he didn't. He'd convinced a friend to help him tomorrow night. By then too late to get our stuff to the storage locker. So, here we stay another night. We got all the rest of the boxes loaded tonight and will get the furniture and stuff packed in, in the morning. Taking the room apart today has certainly been harder than I thought it would be. Mostly problems with screws being stripped out. *yawns*
So, later this morning I'll load the few pieces of furniture and we'll drive it over to the storage room and then bring the car back here to load the stereo, both our computers, a couple shelves and some clothing. Then back to Schenectady. I hope Pat isn't too pissed off. -_- I didn't really plan to be here so long on this visit.
Grizz stopped in today to take a few things for us. He'll keep them until I have room for them. I still haven't gotten all my trains up to the apartment, I'll have to grab those on the next trip down. I also tried to get my weeks work schedule but for some reason they never called back to tell me when I was going to be working. Hopefully not Thursday now, unless it's in the evening. I also told them to leave me off on Sunday so I can come and turn over the keys to the new owner of the house.
Well, that's enough for tonight, I'm heading to bed.
