Homes for the strange....

  Still looking for that elusive solution. Today was too busy to call anyone about the house or about properties. I'll give it a try tomorrow I hope. I've been feeling very 'pulled' lately. Spread thin I guess. I've begun to feel the effects of stress the past couple of weeks.... trouble sleeping, weight gain and irritability.

  One piece of good news today was that the nursing home, who continues to try and sue me, was again dismissed from the court on the most recent arguments. That I had knowingly sought to defraud them in placing dad in their nursing home. LOL Imagine that?

  Anyway... still looking for solutions.

Cats!

I've been trying to decide what to do about the cats. Landlords don't appreciate pets. Not as bad as dogs but cats are hard too.

I've been watching my health gradually slip as this process has dragged on over the past few months. I've gotten heavier, crankier, and shakier. I really need for this to be all over. Aaron and I spoke on the phone last night and I guess I can see his point, it doesn't mean I have to like it though.

Chuck and I spoke on the way home last night about Shawn and Patrick. I meant to tell them last night when I got in but I pretty much fell asleep before I could. We'd really like it if they could get over to the local stores and line up a job, even short term the money will be helpful.

During the course of this next week we need to begin packing. By the end of next week or early the following we REALLY have to know where we are going. Chuck wants to stay in the Hudson valley if at all possible and Shawn wants to stay in the north east. I'd like that as well but if it doesn't look good then I'm all for looking anywhere.

I haven't heard from Tom in awhile either. I do miss talking to him and I wish he'd say hi. He seemed to think that my choice of comments in a recent post were targeted at exposing something specific but I was mainly curious as to what response I'd get. Not what the response was specifically.

Anyway... back to work.
